 Description
•           Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
•           Prepares analyses of financial statement variances to budget and projections.  Updates financial forecast models and prepares analysis of results.
•           Prepares audit schedules, work papers, reconciliation, and notes.
•           Prepares net income and cash flow forecasts.
•           Maintains and develops reports in accounting system.
•           Reviews accounts payable vouchers, processes check runs and monitors cash flows.
•           Prepares property and use tax returns.
•           Assists in the preparation of annual Partnership budgets and prepares presentation for Management Committees and Partners.
•           Reviews, monitors and maintains compliance of covenants.
•           Assists in the creation, maintenance, and application of internal controls.
•           Provides excellent customer service to corporate accounting clients.
•           Maintain corporate accounting procedures.
•           Prepares employee receivable analysis reports for corporate paid credit cards, cash advances, and miscellaneous employee receivables.
•           Month end closing responsibilities.
•           Corporate Credit Card program Administrator responsibilities.
•           Quarterly Relocation reporting to Human Resource department.
•           AP Distribution review prior to GL posting.
•           Sarbanes-Oxley Quarterly Confirmation and Scope Significance reporting.


 Requirements
Minimum of five years’ experience in a corporate, multi subsidiary, accounting environment. 
Thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting principles. 
Experience in the preparation and analysis of financial statements. 
Must have experience with computerized accounting systems.
SAP experience a definite plus. 
Must work and communicate effectively with all levels of personnel within the company and function as a team player. 
Detail-oriented, efficient, and highly accurate.
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with emphasis in Accounting.
CPA preferred.
