| We are currently looking for a candidate to fill in the Director of Perioperative Services position in Boulder. Job Location: Boulder area, CO Salary Range / Compensation: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 Benefits: Full 90 days from start date. To provide leadership and accountability in the daily operations of the Peri-operative Departments. Developing and maintaining physician relations, implementing of actions to improve delivery of patient care. Assures adherence to hospital policies and standards set forth by accreditation and regulatory agencies. Assures achievement of department goals and takes an active role in achievements of hospitals goals as they relate to operations department. Will also be available to support the clinical needs of the department by providing staffing support as volume and acuity demand. | Skills / Qualifications Required: | 2 years management experience in surgical services and 5 years experience as an OR nurse Colorado Nursing License or ability to obtain transfer of license. List in order of importance. Scrub and circulating experience. BSN,MSN or MHA/MBA preferred. BLS and ACLS required. |
