Controller (Hospitality)
About the Job
Hotel Group in New York City is looking for a "roll-up your sleeves" Controller. This person must be directly out of the Hospitality industry or they will not be considered for the position. Salary to 130K, commensurate with experience.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Accounting department
- General ledger review and reconciliation
- Preparation of financial reports and month-end closings
- Assist in hotel tax filing and ad-hoc reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Hotel Accounting
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to multi-task
