Job Description:
CCCi has an immediate need for a Content Management Quality Analyst (QA) in the Atlanta GA, area. The Content Management Quality Analyst (QA) is primarily responsible for verifying that Revenue Programs meet content and functional requirements, and conform to established guidelines: Writes and executes test plans, records and reports defects, evaluates revenue programs for conformance to requirements and established guidelines.

They partner with the senior producers, business operations and IT stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs. They gather and understand requirements and support the design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions. They manage multiple projects concurrently, typically one to twelve months in duration.

Content Analysis
- Creates and executes test plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Reviews new or modified program to determine if program meets content requirements and conforms to guidelines.
- Identify, report, and track defects and issues through to resolution
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares an appropriate quality assurance plan for each project.
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Reviews new or modified program, including documentation, diagram, and flow chart, to determine if revenue program will perform according to user request and conform to guidelines.
- Recommends corrections to web developer or publishers.
- Tests for validity of results, accuracy, reliability, and conformance to established standards.
- May help evaluate proposed software or software enhancement for feasibility.
- May help develop utility program to test, track, and verify defects in software program.
- Participates in continuous process improvement

Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience, some QA preferred
- Familiarity with the Web and comfort level working in the technical medium
- Experience working in a fast-paced Web environment
- At least a intermediate understanding of Internet technical protocols such as HTML, JavaScript, XML, web publishing, and database structure
- Applicants must have a proven track record in delivering projects from the requirements analysis phase through the implementation cycle and be able to provide performance measures of success.

Tools:
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Quality Center
Experience with Content Management Systems, especially Documentum
Experience with Web Analytics tools like Omniture are a plus
